Chuck was one of the late best jazz guitarist of '900 and his legacy is a target for next jazz guitarist generations

After hearing Chuck for 14 years I finally met him in Bangkok and what a great person he was. So humble and open about his music and needless to say we became friends and I followed his concerts with Fourplay in Reading in Pennsylvania and also with Java Jazz in 2013 and then the Carnival Cruise in 2014 with Fourplay. Chuck was very compassionate when I related a piece of my emotion that i had with my son 10,000 klm away. Which famous musician would do that....I was also his student on Artist Works........I remember "Puentes" played live at Reading with Eric Marienthal and Chuck dedicated the song to me .....I will always treasure your music and friendship my dearest friend. Thank You man for sharing priceless memories of him with us. I justtt found out abt his passing today. 😔 I often greatly enjoyed hearing his songs on The Weather Channel in the 2000s. Each was so unique in sound and composition. I hope his tunes are making those upstairs as happy as they've made and will continue making those down here on earth. (Hugs) 💙🙏🏽

I only found out about Chuck this year 2017 and was amazed by his playing what great talent. I will miss him, Respect to the family, when you reach that pinnacle in life their is only one band you can play with, He has progressed to the band of Angels.

He truly was a legend. Thanks for that. Great guitarist. He is gone now but this shows his level of dedication at passing the torch to so many other young, aspiring students of that instrument.

Ed Ostrowski Had pleasure of taking lessons from Chuck on Artistworks . He was absolutely wonderful teacher and human being. One could tell he had deep love of music and interest in his students. Will be sorely missed.Respect to his family. .
