since 2017 the owner bought and seldom stay there, so unless owner are like Mr Loo bought the Austin Heights of which Mr Loo is prepared to written off his investment. This owner is making loss of opportunity profit should he invest in SG instead . JB is known bad investment bc so far, all friends I know loss money in JB

真的。尤其有club house的这种。我同事在Setia eco cascadia的一个end lot排屋而已。一个月要rm450-500.
