Join is as we go inside a popular restaurant in Pigeon Forge called The Funnel Cake Factory. We have always heard about the sweets they have but wanted to try the Hot Dog and Corn Dog. We will show you around the place and show you the prices of everything they sell. So let's go inside and order lunch and get a funnel cake.

Like pink lemonade and corn dogs. my Mom used to make homemade chips for us. My Mom said that during the depression her Mom would make potato chips, put them in paper bags and then my Mom and hers sisters would go door to door and try to sell them. I think she said 5 cents a bag.everything look wonderful today. buying from a Mom and Pop place. The best.

My husband and I love your videos and we loved the video about the Funnel Cake Factory! So much we had to go and visit! We both got the deep fried foot long hot dog and it was absolutely awesome!! We, also, got the kettle chips and they were amazing!! We can't wait to go back and get more of that fantastic food! Thank you so much for sharing your visit to the Funnel Cake Factory! Oh, y'all killen me! Used to work a local gov job in pigeon forge and would go there for lunch! All good but favorite was always funnel cake with fruit! Had to carry wet wipes to clean up my good business clothes and chin after the powder sugar! Lol! I always went back to work after that with a smirk on my face after that because I knew I had a better lunch than most!

My mom worked at a Pennsylvania Dutch treat store way back in 1974. We ate more than our fair share of those! It looked like it could be cooked a little bit more. Overall a nice little place if they only had a clown inside 🤡! 😂

Wow, $12 funnel cake? I made one at home once. Basically pancake batter you put in a funnel over hot oil. Back in my high school days I cooked hot dogs in a pan until parts of it turned black. These days, I need chili and cheese on my dogs.

Just what I was thinking - fair food without the fair and wait! Such reasonable pricing for a nice lunch. I have never had a deep-fried anything; always wanted to. I've never been a Ball Park brand fan but I wouldn't turn down a corn dog! hehe The pink lemonade looked great! The funnel cake looked gorgeous! I was hoping you'd go for the oreo blast but this one really shined on presentation. Thanks for the video.

That Funnel cake looks so pretty and with all that powdered sugar I love all that sugar and lots of cherries oh its strawberries that looks really really good I bet that would be great with cherries too looks so Yummy! So cool to see you do this review. We have not been there but have it on our list to try this time in Pigeon Forge. Thought we were going to try it last time we were there but ran out of time. We have heard that the hot fudge cake is outstanding there. Your video has peaked our interest in several other things. The bottom of the funnel cake looked perfectly cooked. Wowwww! What a place, huh? There should be one on every corner 😉 The funnel cake really piqued my interest, especially with the strawberries. Sometimes less is more. 1982, good year - graduated from HS! Thanks for another great review John and Bobbie! PS: I have never seen streetlights numbered!😲 I had to rewind and stop the video for a second look. That must be quite helpful when navigating through big towns, cities etc.

I would’ve just gone with the powdered sugar on my funnel cake. Maybe ice cream 🍨 but I’m not a fan of all those extra toppings. Everything else looked good too. I know I’m weird but I like to dip my potato 🥔 chips in Miracle Whip.

Oh my gosh!!! I love funnel cakes….. Our Skyline Chili has funnel cake fries….. so good dipped in strawberry sauce….And my grandsons love them dipped in chocolate sauce…. So so good….

Just a quick note. It appears that they cook the hot dogs in the same oil as the funnel cakes so if you are vegetarian or vegan you’ll want to avoid that.

@@jbinthehills They should really fry the hot dogs in the same oil as the skin's and potato chip's. A little bit pricey, but I would love to share a funnel cake with my husband just like you two had, and a corn dog by my self 😊

It is regional but they have it at Publix here in FL. Sometimes it is BOGO. Sorry to say, I don’t really like it and I’m not sure why.

@@jbinthehills We have Mayfield here in SC. My favorite is Blue Bell and it is awesome! Chunks of strawberries and peaches in those two, but all of it is good. We have Turkey Hill at Lidil and it's only $3. Our Publix brand of ice cream is great also. The Blue Bell still comes in a "real" half gallon tub, usually $7 or so, but so worth it.
