Just a FYI, I purchased two Authentics 500 only to find out you CANNOT pair them together for stereo mode as advertised. JBL support said they are aware of the problem and it should be corrected in a future firmware update but they had no idea when that would happen. Not happy.

Hallo, man kann mehrere authentics zusammen verbinden?! Auch wenn ich mit klinke oder usb c rein gehe ?! Ist der Ton dann immer noch lippensynchron vom tv? Vielen dank

How deep bass does JBL Authentics 500 have? Frequency response is 40 Hz, but what about maximum bass frequency range? Can you tell me please?

the speaker that plays a frequency range of 40 Hz - 20 kHz will play deeper bass because it goes down to 40 Hz

@@HQGENRE1986 Have you tested the frequency range? We all already know that the frequency response is 40 Hz, but what about maximum bass frequency range? Frequency range means, it starts to lose power, when it goes deeper than the frequency response, but after it goes deeper and you can still hear it, it's called frequency range. The maximum the bass driver can out put. It must be at least 35 Hz, then I will buy 1. Low-frequency extension or frequency range, whatever you want to call it. I don't have time to test it in a store. And it would be an inaccurate result anyway. It's a wall speaker. It's supposed to be put in a wall or in a corner.

It will give the bass that you want it has manual eq for bass and trebble as well if you want to overpower the low frequency.😊👌

@@HQGENRE1986 the 40hz advertised is just 3db, where it goes around 35hz or 33hz between that range where in -6db the true frequency extension. However sound change when you plugged in 3.5mm jack as wired speaker (no WiFi or Bluetooth Used.)

When it comes to sound quality sound stage,bass i love both even design are classic.for me they just differ in power output and the virtual dolby atmos effect of authentics 500.

I have Harman Kardon go plus Play 3. 🧐Not enough treble. there is no surround sound.😕

Hello, is it possible to you to develop your opinion ? Because I hesitate between the Authentics 300 (or maybe the 500 is the sound is really amazing, and it has to be because the price is very high) or the Go + play 3 ? For me most important is sound quality, I just want to moove the speaker in the house but nothing more, so sound quality is the key.

Authentic 500 has a wider soundstage. Crystal Clear vocals. Large amount of deep bass and powerful sound. Driver specs: 3x Horn loaded Tweeters, 3x mid-woofers, 1x downward firing Subwoofer.

@@HAIYANE9910 thank you a lot for your answer. I think on the paper the 500 is the best on sound quality, but I ask myself if it is "portable" enough. By portable, I know there is no battery, I just mean that 80% of time my speaker is in the living room, but 20% I want to put it on my bedroom, so I wonder if it is still handy to moove it or not, reason I hesitate with the 300 or the Harman. I also wonder if there is a big difference between the 300 and the harman in term of sound quality ?

It is alot louder and powerful than Boombox 3. This thing is the beast out of all. They blows anything and can be a "Boombox killer" to it's Boombox competitors
