I have bought this speaker and it’s really good, the woofer maybe small but it’s bass is really deep, it has less upper bass and more lower bass. The sound bar gives really clear sound. In this budget it’s a really good one.

Bro the soundbar is awesome. The clarity of the sound + deep base. It's just amazing. Not only for movies for music as well. And Bluetooth is also awesome. I don't know what happened to your one but i am satisfied with it.

I am using this from past 2 months....I am Damn happy with the quality of sound and base. No issue for me. Base is super awesome and satisfying even with KZfaq. May be you got a defective product.

I think you get any defective piece... I bought this 241 model @5999 in the diwali offer.. superb sound quality and bass is obviously deep and extra ... Even in Bluetooth with my phone also excellent sound

Bro I purchased this prod and returned it. Netflix and prime video ke time agar audio 5.1 select karte hai Netflix me to sound bahut slow aata hai. Is jbl 241 me. Ye Sirf youtube me loud sound de raha tha Not in dolby audio content time

Agar tv Dolby support nhi karta toh obvious ha ke Dolby soundbar lene se mujhe Dolby ka sound output nhi milega...so my question is that ke agar ma yeah soundbar leta hu toh mujhe koi issues toh face nhi karne padenge???

Bas Bhai SoundBar Khali BASS ke liye hi nahi hota, overall sound quality matters. Secondly 4.5 inch woofer se we cannot expect very loud BASS.

Your keeping the subwoofer on the bed and what kind of sound you're expecting😂 You should properly keep the subwoofer at the corner and in a flat surface as this is a downward firing subwoofer!
