Mine has a little water drop on, the headphones work (you can listen music with BT and cable) but the white led is ALWAYS ON, you can't turn it off: if i use the switch you can hear the ON SOUND, and i can turn it off and listen to the OFF SOUND and you see how it syncs with the phone, but the LED IS ALWAYS ON no matter what so the battery will go empty even if I use cable...WHAT CAN I DO????????????

I'm trying to listen to this review on a pair of these connected by BT to my MacBook Air and it drops a second of audio (roughly) every few seconds. Anyone know what's up with that?

My problem is that there's no sound when when I try to go no Bluetooth either the wire or the headphone jack is messed up straight off the Box but otherwise guys D's sound great and the battery life is awesome but I will return them for another pair . Oh and just a suggestion I bought my from Walmart and I purchase the extra 2 year warranty on them for just 9.99 witch not bad to have on them .

I have these! They work exxellently and I don't even listen to them on a high volume.They are awesome for dancing as well. I can jump around and they don't fall off my head. But I'm annoyed that the earpad fabric is slipping out of the cracks that hold them in. I got them about 9 months ago so they've seen a lot of everyday wear.

I dont get it my JBL 500 wont connect to the android phones but they do pair with my TV I reset the bluetooth on my galaxy s8 but still not working

Why do these make a different sound than on/off and bluetooth connected sound?

Thanks for this and the initial review, I purchased these headphones after watching this video today. I wanted to replace my current wireless earphones that I use for the gym. I was curious about sweating in these and couldn't find info about that on JBL.com, till I found your reviews. I will take the risk about them slipping off at times because of all the positives.

Just bought a pair for $80 and they work great but the earcups are really small. The e55 are $150. Do you think the e55 is worth the extra $75 as far as sound quality? If not I can deal with the small cups. Or do they sell replacement cups?.

When listening with cable the audio is lower in your JBL e45bt? in mine i have that ''issue'', the audio is incredible loud in bluetooth mode, but with cable plugged in it turns lower.

Look why cable with remote is useful first of course you may run out of 🔋 but also you can not talk to messenger with bt headphones and also record something but if you connect it weired there you have it

I am wearing these while watching this video lol I personally think that they are a great pair of headphones and the battery lasts a shit ton. The only thing I would say that I do wish they were a little bit louder. I got mine from target for 70 bucks.
