Okay so for some odd reason I had just got them and my right earbud which is on the mode where you can pause play skip and stuff isn't working anymore😂. Like I could hear it just fine that's not the problem it's just the button functionality doesn't work to pause it anymore etc.

The white light bar on the front of the case is the percentage meter.

Is it possible to use each earbud individually? Like. I use one bud while the other is charging. Then when the one I'm using dies, I swap for the other one. Can these buds do that?

I’ve used one earbud before, while the other one is in the battery box (if that’s how is called).

Support says that you slide your finger up or down on the ridges above the logo. Every time I do that, it pauses play. I've tried many ways to slide my finger, but I guess I just don't have the touch :o/ I'm going to return these buds, unfortunately. I definitely don't want to have to touch my phone to adjust volume. The other thing I don't like is that if I pause the video or podcast for too long (according to the buds) then there doesn't seem to be a way to restart other than reconnecting to Bluetooth via touching my phone. On both my headphones and other buds, you can press or long-press a button on the headset and it will reconnect on its own. This could also be user error, but I think I want something a little more intuitive.

@rvrgrrl might be your touch. I took my finger and on the left ear piece and almost blew my ears out 😂😂

To control the volume, move your fitnger up the ridges above the JBL logo on the RIGHT ear to increase the volume. To decrease the volume, move your finger down along the ridges. T o adjust EQ settings: In your Windows 10 taskbar, right click on the volume icon.

1 tap is volume up, 2 taps is volume down.. ypu have to set this function on in the app

Tell JBL it would be nice if we could control sound on the actual earbuds. I do not want to download yet another app. The sound quality is absolutely terrible "as is". I had better sound quality on a cassette player in 1989. Not your fault though, but JBL, come on, how hard is it to make a function for sound control on the earbud itself?

What an ignorant comment. You need to practice your listening skills to understand various English accents.... rather than expect everyone to speak in an accent that you're most comfortable with.
