Hopefully they will come out with a SRX one that can handle a live band with everything mic through as we are looking for a system like this that will punch .

At work I have a pair of Eon ONE MKII's that we use for simple events (ground-breaking ceremonies, some music playback, speech and some acoustic acts/singers) and have enjoyed them (Using an external mixer for most, because we have them handy). We also have a pair of Turbosound inspire3000's that we used with full bands all the time but one of them took a dive and is not functioning - good luck getting service help from MUSIC tribe). Singer in my band does a lot of solo gigs/live-looping and he had an EON ONE and has really liked it and just upgraded to a PRX ONE and is loving it.... So I Picked up a pair of the PRX ONE's (just got them last week) and upon first testing, I'm diggin' it. We have our first (Full Band, All direct) gig next week with them and I'm optimistic. I'm also a live sound professional, so I'm using a digital console that already has our basic setup/mix dialed in so it will be more of a fine-tuning and then seeing how it does sort of thing. Leaving the channel and main EQ's flat on the PRX and music playback sounds fantastic. Two sides of a PA, in rolling bags that are almost smaller than one of the subs I have? (those were crummy carpeted DJ subs, so these are an instant upgrade) - I cant wait to set up with this rig!!. I'll comment again after I've been in-the-trenches with it!

I cant find any information either in the Manuel or on any of these sites on how to hook two of these together for a left snd right side of my stage. How to just run them parallel. Maybe out the back of one and into the first channel of the second? Then how to hook the Bluetooth to just one speaker but maybe have it play through both like a traditional PA system. So much to learn about this new PA. We're excited but I just need more resources. Thanks in advance for any info on this.

Have had a pair of PRX ones for about 6 months . Somethg wrong w one of them . The bottom on one of them doesn’t play at all ( but it does pass the mids/highs off to the sticks) . Repair center had w no response for 3 weeks. , I call them and they ordered a part w none coming from JBL . I call JBL , they say the place never ordered , but also said they have NO parts , or speakers to switch out UNTIL OCTOBER. . So I have no speakers for summer money months and start of school which is also money for me …. So I’m the one stuck . CRAZY ( btw …..sounded great ….. until it didn’t at all)

Is it possible to have a different mix for the pass through output so it could act as a monitor output? Also, what would be the best way to connect external digital mixer? Don't want to plug the mixers xlr out into a mic preamp but want a balanced input.

Can you adjust the signal pass through xlr to use as an AUX channel to run a powered monitor say of just 1,2,3 mic inputs?

I own this speaker, so far it's okay. But did I just hear the video says that this one uses Class D and fully bridged amp and I can use it at MAX VOLUME without damaging it?

please help, I just updated the firmware on my JBL PRX ONE, but after updating there is no sound coming out even though my bluetooth device is connected. Using the aux cable, the same thing happens. can I downgrade my firmware as before. Thank You

What doze the vocal reverb sound like no one demo

Hey Brandon, I would love to telling you how much I love my new Eon One MK2, but it isn't without issues, some of which your people at JBL are well aware of. I think my biggest issue is that the unit has been sent out with an app that is unresponsive to touch. My Iphone and iPod work and zero in on anything I though except YOUR app, it is so unresponsive that I would just about call it unusable especially since just going to the unit itself is the easiest way to operate the unit. Even that I find very finicky, almost too responsive where when scrolling, it will miss the item I want and click on to the next one. For a unit with so much promise, this is very disappointing. What do you have to say?

a will I've just got one of these as I needed more volume, but I simply can't get it to play any sound via Bluetooth and the instructions are limited to say the least, it connects, but no sound. I can't find an answer in any of the JBL literature/video's. All they do is bang on about how fab it is using the APP and how to set up all the EQ mixer stuff that i honestly don't understand, you may have guessed I'm no tech wiz(Understatement), but never had a problem with my previous PA's, my LD Maui 5 was so straight forward, press button, connected, press play and sound, this bloody thing is lucky it cost so much, otherwise i'd of put by foot through it. I'm sure it's brilliant, but it wouldn't of killed JBL to have given a better instruction/video manual, one part for the real musicians, and an idiots guide for people like me who just want plug, connect and play, and warble a few numbers, maybe a troubleshoot section when no bloody sound comes out would help. Gits.

I just received my PRX One. All put together and powers on but no sound coming through speaker or woofer. I connected Bluetooth successfully and connected DJ controller. However, When I connect Bluetooth I do hear confirmation beeps come through speaker. I even read complete instruction manual online, But manual has no trouble shooting tips. Any suggestions from anyony would be appreciated. Thanks

This is nice. No question. If you’re a band without a mixer. For a DJ, we don’t want any of that stuff. Two channels in with separate sub control. That’s all. This is way too much for anyone who has an established band too. 90% will already have a mixer. 90% don’t need what you put on this as selling features or inflated cost. Build a stripped down version. Give us 130 + SPL. maybe find a way to add a 10” mid driver and then the column. Way over thought. But yes, it looks nice. Oh and why no high frequency driver?

Do not... I repeat DO NOT buy this system. There is a HUGE overlooked design flaw. This system sounds great when you are standing up in an optimal position to the top segment. BUT lower yourself down a little bit, such as sitting in a chair, or raise the speaker such as on a stage and it's all gone. You'll only hear mid range and bass. All the high end clarity is absolutely gone. They even mention the lower speaker are tuned to mid range. Why, friken why!? Fire the genius behind this failure. If you are not at optimal listening position it absolutely sucks! I tested this today at guitar center. Had 2 of their guys listening. Then I said squat down just a little and see what happens. Both said Wtf. We even tried leaning the system down. Which works of you again are located in the optimal position. And who wants to lean the speaker??? The bose 16 has a J configuration just for this issue. The bottom speakers curve in. The JBL, not only are they tuned to just mid frequencies, but they are also straight. In guitar we also went about 20 ft away and you still get the effect of losing sound by not standing exactly at a certain level. I sat on a drum thrown as if it was a place where people sit down at regular height chairs. The throne was actually a bit higher and still lost the highs. It sounds like a regular speaker with a blown tweeter/driver. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! And by design. Smdh! Don't believe me? Go test it yourself. If you want to use it, and have no issues telling everyone to please stand up while I use this system, then buy it. Other than that it's worthless. I ordered one as well as a guitarist I work with. We both canceled orders after hearing this absolute craziness! Jbl I am ashamed of, and embarrassed for, you.

Hi JBL, I have buy this prx one for try at home The sound is very good but why is it not configured in J like your jbl eon one mk2? if the prx one is installed on a stage, there is a big hearing loss I find. Where are the 130db? the limiters turn on anyway very quickly .. I did a test against my bose f1 812 (tops and subs) and I would say that they are not able to follow to exceed 60% of the volume .. I expected them to play less loudly but not so much ... I would say they are more in the 124db ..

Who ever thinking of buying this pa U should go onto a music shop and test it out before U buy.cos the reverb is no more than a $10 guitar amplifier.these people are scammers

Old school winding knobs take for ever to turn.the reverb totally unusable.app don't work correctly.
