The amount of extra bass the passive radiators add on pulse 2 over pulse 1 is insane, but then there’s the pulse 3 with 3 active drivers and 2 radiators, and it just steals the show

Would be cool for someone to do the same with every Charge speaker. I might do it at some point: I have a 3 4 and 5, and it would probably be easy to find an 1 and 2 used.

I love how xtreme 2 , Charge 4 and flip5 got slightly bigger then their predecessor then we have the puls 4 which is smaller then pulse 3 🤣

First time in life than I’m buying a portable speaker and I got the Pulse 4 Waiting it to arrive in mail, like colorful!

pulse 3 and 4 are having the same Bluetooth connectivity which is 4.1 and which is not upgraded to Bluetooth 5 that is a bummer and no microphone on the pulse 4 so no voice assistance either and on the flip side you get a larger battery and more sound punch in the pulse 4.....

I don't know what's wrong but the pulse 4 sounds better than the 1 2 and 3 irl for me

i like the OG pulse 1 and its design deserves a small update. just add a sub to the top and move the buttens to the bottem and make it water resistent and market it as the active LED version for the people who want to stick it in a waterbottle holder on their bicycle or a backpack waterbottle strap for hikeing or disc golfing. these new ones are just too big for what i want out of a mobile speaker and too nice to wanna take them out with me when i wanna do some activitys (they would just end up staying in the case unless im stopped at a bench or something stationary). the pulse 3 and 4 look like they are built with a type of glass too and are heavy. i believe they are like 3 pounds. i suppose i should also add that i could get one with no lights and water resistance but the flair of the led lights on my bicycle is what brought me to jbl in the first place. i always got comments on the bike trails like. "what is that?" or "cool speaker, i need something like that" "who makes those?"

im playing these through a pluse 1, you didnt fully hear difference until pulse 3

In December 2019, while I was in living in Johannesburg, South Africa, I went to an official JBL reseller to get my Pulse 3 battery replaced. Even though I went back to my home country for the holidays, I waited for months and they never got back to me about it. I emailed them this year hoping they still had it with them due to the time it was supposed to be done and because I couldn’t get it back in person because of how risky it was to go back to South Africa due to the intensity of the widespread of COVID over there in the last 2 years. I went back this year and I emailed the resellers about it and they seemed to act like they were looking for my speaker, but haven’t gotten back to me in more or less a month now… Be careful with resellers…
