Just aim Starfalls at the target just as you would any other auto-cannon instead of trying to "miss" on purpose to get the perk bonus. The perk will trigger naturally as spread increases. In fact I think Starfalls are the only weapon in the game where bullet spread is a good thing.

My aim is bad enough that i will probably be a god with the starfalls. I need to give them a try. I have one.

It's also way easier to activate if you have a taller build and they are mounted higher up, that way you shoot "above" but also directly at them.

I was lucky to get 650 bearings for an legendary and i'd say bearings well spent, i got an starfall with the bearings and bp

the way I think the perk works is that it has a proximity fuse and the damage not dropping off means that failing to hit doesn’t maks less damage than a direct hit. so the perk is that you don’t have to hit perfectly to deal damage, which is useful against highly mobile builds, which hovers and helicopters are. it’s also easier to hit drones at long ranges or mines, I suppose. wish I had that beauty of a gun. oh, and it hits the moving hitbox of helicopter blades better

If you havent, try out a yokozuna drag build. You dont even need weapons if you activate the perk, if you use plows or passive melee. The sheer amount of bs you can pull is alot of fun.

Overall weight distribution is important. Even heavy front might cause drifting if the rear is too light (simply lifting rear/losing grip, especially when you have a lot of power). For sure making rear heavier makes build more tail-happy as well, but also might cause lose front grip (lift). I'm lately in learning about such mechanics. So far I'm quite impressed how things work in this game, even tho we still can see some weird stuffs going on (I guess we can't fully expect the perfection, so it's best to work with what we've got) - not that I've never seen or noticed these things, but never paid attention like I do now. Working on trucks (for fun) that can haul things can lead to some fun conclusions. xd

I just can’t bring myself to like cannon builds I feel like you cheat yourself out of so much damage with them. Auto cannons or grenade launcher all the way

ALSO in this video u said this is the last time u will be able to enjoy millers without an ammo box. Does this mean millers are gonna be nerfed?? Thats my favourite weapon noooooooooooo

It's somewhere recently in XO news on their website. Basically Millers will now require ammo, but still need coolers. I believe their mass is increasing a bit too. Pretty huge nerf, but in my opinion deserved, they are insane at the moment..

Yes possibly even tomorrow. Nerf was announced aprox 2 weeks ago.
