I have a 64 beetle and the harness is routed up and over the drivers side door to the engine bay. Is this correct?

Thanks for the great video. What harness is used with a fuel injected 1976 beetle sedan? Will the 1974 harness work?

Currently we do not offer (nor are we aware of anyone that does offer) a harness for fuel injected Beetles. Short of the engine wiring, a 1974 harness is virtually the same as the same model (Standard to Standard or Super to Super) 1976.

Currently, no. A complete, factory replacement harness for 1973 through 1979 Super Beetle is not made. The only options at the moment are using a universal or different year harness and modifying it to fit the car, or repairing the current harness.
