Great vid George. Brings back a lot of memories when I used to beetle round those roads in our two 155-65’s. Forget how narrow the roads were! We used to cart cattle to church farm in Lilley from Maulden with that cattle trailer big John the legend used to own! Nice to see Wandon End and Tea Green too. Saw my godfathers house! Sounds fantastic. It's a good feeling when you get a newly repaired machine back up and running. I've just rebuilt the engine in my old Leyland 384 and the feeling when it fired up and did a day on the flail without fault can't be compared to.

Hi George, Declan here great to see your workhorse back she is humming like a bird one quick question when you talk about the hydraulics what output does the hydraulics do on linkage and spools and finally as you say one spool is down due to electronic was she not specced with joystick to work spools or was it electric spools she has best wishes Declan 👍

Good to see it back in action! My 3185 they discontinued the hydraulic valves. I had to either make seals or soak them in leak stopper to slow down the leaks.

Nice one George. Been looking forward to this. She sounds just like mine, but she has 16500hrs. The sound quality settles me, 1st time owning a fastrac and 1st time driving, and I am right there in the cab with you remembering the 5 days of silage this year. I have a short video of it on my channel.

Hey George, you were thinking about changing your electric spools inside your fastrac by Russell fastrac with there own spools. Have they been changed yet, and when would the video of them changing it be out. Keep up the good work George. 👏

Great George you baby is whole again! I am pleased fr you. Your yellow beast is really for some new farming works. I would like to see someone try turning one like this into a Electric version of the tractor? take out the engine etc. and do a battery powered tractor. Looking at the amount of room in the engine hood area there be the room there for the batteries and the cooling system still could stay as the batteries do need cooling in the summer. I know you like the noise of a normal tractor, But the electric tractor tech will soon take over even farming machines. Just the way it is going Diesel is not good for the health and already tractors are being tested as not only electric battery ones but even robotic controlled no cab no human driver. the farmer just sets the field and the work needed on a laptop and off the tractor goes. You've delighted at how good the auto steering of the tractors have got, So not much now to work out to have robotic ones. even combines too and loaders etc. So you can at least enjoy the old diesel powered ones for now. 🚜

Just to remind me, your gear shifts, if you get time could you explain it to me/us. Is she a 6 stick shift speed and power shifts of 2 In between the stick shifts mate? Almost like a splitter in a truck?
