ONE. LAST. VIDEO. before the end!!! I hope you're ready for it. After almost 10 episodes of this series, we are so close to the finale. THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH FOR SUPPORTING ALL THESE MONTHS. This Odin fight was absolutely incredible.

There is a floating Theory that seems the most plausible, that Kihil (Medicine Girl) is Leviathan's Dominant, which explains how she's able to be in multiple places and even survive Bahamut's rampage another hint to this theory is the fresh water from the well she gives to Dion

“Kihel” also is a form of “Kiehl/Kiel”, which means “born of a land of the waters/flood" :) and in the mural, it almost looks as if Leviathan is protecting Bahamut which would be fitting since Kihel saved him. ALSO her grandmother telling her the story that people put lanterns on the river for their souls to be guided, make it sound like she may be from the mote of water tribe.

Third phase of the Odin fight is one of my favorite moments in the game. Barnabas is just so happy to finally have a compelling rival and loses his entire mind to the ecstasy of fighting you. It's oddly adorable tbh. And the music? Goodness gracious, Soken cooked.

You nailed it man. My first time playing and from the moment I heard that laugh I knew, I was like “oh shit, he’s battle horny.” Lol he finally met a worthy rival and the warrior at heart that Barnabas is was awoken.

Every streamer I've watched, without fail, has had a similar roller coaster of emotions when Dion arrives to save Uncle Byron. We all go HELL YEAH DION IS BACK IN ACTION!! 👏👏 to OH NO DION IS SENDING HIS BF AWAY TO PROTECT HIM 😭😭 idk how they managed to convey so much emotion in one scene like that. it still sticks with me even after finishing the game. can't wait to see your reaction to the final part of FFXVI! 🙌

Man this game is amazing Fantasic Combat Godlike Soundtracks/Story/ everything is amazing so many boss fights made my jaw drop truly a excellent game hope we see more of this universe

Sorry for the wait!! I explained it in the last video, but long story short started a full time job in the gaming industry and just a lot of life stuff kept happening! Didn’t have time for any games for a couple of weeks. So stoked to be able to finish it tho! And I really appreciate you waiting and liking the content, for real! 😭🙌

Leviathan is likely gonna be the DLC. I'm wondering why he or she is the "lost" and wondering if it's a ultima thing. Like the first and only dominant upt to present point that stood against him.

I believe the answer to that lies in the Titan boss fight, where after he eats the crystal he is renamed to Titan Lost. Something similar probably happened to Leviathan in the past, which caused it to disappear.

My theory is that Leviathan ate the Sin of Dzemekys Mothercrystal to battle Ultima but still lost.

I’m on my fourth play through mainly because I wanted to fix my character and I have going after everything I didn’t get plus trying to upgrade Torgel which I figure will be his final upgrades in hard mode, so going after monoliths next then we’ll see if I can get through hard mode if they made another part to this game, it could be where somebody is trying to prove that the book at the end is true❤ I have five trophies to go after finally

What gets me is how so many really a few that do videos on their opinion of the game are saying so many things are wrong with the game but to me those things that they say are wrong with the game make the game much better I love the mechanics I love the storyline I’ve gotten to know two of the voice actors from the gameI want more for this game

I agree with JC on the odin fight. felt lack luster compared to the others. the garuda fight had her and cid having a fallout which eventually made her go insane and full lose control. kupka had a grudge against the person who killed the woman he loved then destroyed the hideout and then got his arms cut off so he does have a good reason to be as mad as he is. bauhmut was baited into killing his own father which made him go berserk and destroy his kingdom. then we got odin who is just. Fight me cuz god told me to.

56:10 is he supposed to be Odin? He has both eyes, no ravens, no wolves, and perhaps most egregiously he's using a SWORD, something Odin has quite literally NEVER been depicted as carrying! Edit: 1:02:20 and Sleipnir only has 4 legs?! The one physical feature that seperates him from other horses, and you take that away? What the hell. Edit 2: nvm, just looked at the artwork and Sleipnir has 6 legs, it was so close! Just black out one of his eyes, give him a spear, and give Sleipnir another pair of back legs!

Odin is reinterpreted in every final fantasy (his xiii version is a literal mechanical centaur) but to be honest he does have a spear attack, it's even called gungnir, like Odin's spear. If you want a mythologically accurate depiction of Odin, go play or watch god of war ragnarok
