Saw this video and tried the drill last night. I’ve never hit the ball better and it added 10 yards per club. I’m amazed at the great contact and feel this provided. I’m an 8 handicap and generally hit my 8 iron between 155-165 years. After 15 minutes of this drill I was hitting my 8 around 170. Thanks for the tip and drill. It really works.

How long did it take your student to make the change? Seems to be in the same day (clothes, etc…all the same) which would be impossible. 🤔

Took him 3 months. Thats correct it would be impossible. Same colours of shirt (but not the same shirt type) and trousers but different hair length.

How many repetitions a day for how many days would be a general recommendation. I realize we all digest concepts differently.

Good drill. Also love the tour striker Planemate for shallowing. That thing is unforgiving
