Throw a washer in it lol would work as long as it's a direct fit to the axle size,.. EDIT.... you just said that

FYI.. I just sheard off that plastic washer. I watched this video like a month ago and remembered what you said. It failed exactly like you said it would. Horrible design. Wish I had a machine shop to make metal ones. I’ll try the tracxxas now. Thanks for posting the video

Sorry to hear that. I’ve seen aluminum versions online. Look up UDR wheel adapter On eBay. They appear to be the right size to fit the LMT but honestly, the 17mm hubs are still much better.

Yup my tire just flew off. So with the traxxas 5353 hex no washer needed when you scew in the nut?

No washer, the hex itself might need a washer behind it but once thats done the wheel mounts with the nut only

Thank you for your review, it answered many of my questions! How do you like your steering servo? I haven't seen that brand until recently and thought the case looked pretty cool but have no clue how well it functions.

Thanks, I love the Shift servo, super strong and fast. Also has lifetime warranty on gears.

What size screws did you use to mount your limit straps? I cant find the right size in the Manuel

They are M3, I believe the lower are 15mm and upper are 20mm

Yep one of my rear wheels just popped off. Going to try the Traxxas adapters. Did you try them out?

Do you mean the plastic spacers that come on the Maxx? If so, they look way stronger. Ive been using the Traxxas aluminum hexs and they work great

@@rcilluminati26 The plastic hub adaptors that come with the Aggressor rims for the LMT. I grabbed some Traxxas aluminium 5353R ones (which I think are just red instead of blue) needed to add a washer as the LOSI hex adaptor is wider.

@@russellrv I never even tried the plastic spacers, the aluminum is the way to go. You might find that you need a small spacer or washer behind the aluminum hex so the axle doesn’t slide in and out too much. Just don’t make it tight, needs to spin free.

Have you tried them yet? I know they are a more aggressive cut on the tread but do you think it's gonna make that much difference in performance to justify the extra money? Curious on your thoughts. Thanks. Also did you know losi/horizon hobby are giving v1 owners the new redesigned axle housings with the reinforced webbing free? I just emailed them and they are sending me a set for free. Very cool. Fiqured id share. Even if yours aren't broke you should still be able to get them and keep them as spares

Ive run them a few times now and I really like them. The weight savings is actually noticeable and they hook up great! Thats awesome to hear about the axles, thanks for sharing!

@@rcilluminati26 Thanks for the update! I'll definitely grab a set. I like how you can buy them mounted and ready to go but it's definitely costly at like 130$ but love my lmt. Guess you have to pay to play lol

can you recommend a servo saver for the LMT ?

I’m running the Treal saver and it’s great so far. Just tighten the adjuster nut in to stiffen it up. Freestyle RC and ServoAF also make really nice ones that replace the drag link and you can use a heavy duty servo horn.
