Sir, regarding decentralisation, the Panchayat raj system has been tried and tested from inception all over India, It was really successful but in the past 10 years the decentralisation Panchayat sarpanch system has lost its credibility because of lack of financial accountability, in AP it has totally failed, please travel in Prakasam District villages you will see our Mpdo's, secretary, sarpanch, ward members siphon fund's to the maximum, hence my opinion is that the present government of directly funding to people's account a good concept.
