No, Minato befriended Yin Kurama too just as Naruto did. He was in the Reaper realm and spent the past 16-17 years with his half of the Nine Tails. He didn't really "move on." He was trapped in the Death God's belly for seemingly all of eternity, and would never have found rest. Usually, when a host of a Tailed Beast dies, the Tailed Beast also dissapears for a while as well and eventually respawns within the world somewhere. However, the nature of the Reaper Death Sealing Jutsu tied their souls together and sealed them. That's why Minato, even though he is a Reanimated shinobi still possesses a Tailed Beast. Its the only loophole possible that allows it to be possible, since being a jinchuriki requires a living vessel, hence why Madara has expressed needing Obito to Rebirth him back to living so he can then proceed to performing the Jinchuriki Sealing Jutsu on himself.

It funny how most people don't realize how boring being Hokage is. Most think it's some glamorous job when it's mostly paperwork and you don't have as much freedom or time for yourself. I think they explained before that with the Reaper death seal seal both the one that cast it and the target of the seal are taken into the Ripper's belly where they will fight for eternity. So in theory we could say Minato has had 15 years to fight half of Kurama and gain it's power like Naruto did

Who even cares about Sasuke joining War or not. We were only waiting for squad of Sigmas to join battle aka Hokages. Damn Hashirama trolling Madara casually always one of most funny thing to watch. Minato’s FTG doesn’t require a lot of chakra to move something that’s powerful. Only it’s size. So from what we’ve seen so far, no matter how powerfully something is, he can still teleport away without a huge amount of chakra. However, if it’s huge in size then that’s a different story.

When ones soul is sealed within the belly of the shinigami, they are doomed to battle forever (im assuming against everyone else who's also sealed in its belly) Minato must have been using the ninetails power all that time in "battle limbo". Even though they dont remember their time in the afterlife, Minato subconsiously remembers how to access the Kyubis power. Thats my hypothises anyway lol
