In both the original Japanese cast and the English dub, all of the impostor Straw Hats are voiced by the real Straw Hats' actors, albeit reassigned: Fake Luffy is voiced by Sanji's voice actors. An interesting thing personally, when the last ep was released, there was 1 month without new episodes, which gave the feeling of having been away from the gang for so long, it was very different to see Luffy like this after so many days.

whats funny about the fake strawhats is that the voice actors for the strawhats got mixed and matched. like the fake usopp is voice by franky, fake luffy is voiced by sanji, fake nami is voiced by chopper etc.

I'm glad i found your channel. I fell off watching one piece at around episode 600 and while I've wanted to get back in, it had been so many years and i had forgotten a lot of the post timeskip stuff anyway but it always felt so daunting to just start again. Watching with you guys is like discovering the show all over again. I also somehow missed the introduction of Sabo after Ace's death so I really am discovering some of the show all over again. Lol 😄👍

@edgar80lol 'The Final Sea: The New World Saga' is the given name to the second half of the manga and anime. It began at Chapter 598 and Episode 517. Basically the New world Sage is all of the second half of one piece (bigger than a half, now), its the overarching Saga that includes all the smaller sagas such as Fishman Island, Dressroasa, Wano Kuni etc So he's not actually wrong

Fun fact: Fake strawhats's VA is just real strawhats's VA but they exchange the character. You notice that fake Sogeking sounds like Franky, because it IS real Franky's VA.

So in case you didn't notice (Still watching the episode) all the Fake Strawhats are voiced by the real Strawhats, just shifted around. So Fake Luffy is voiced by Sanjis VA, and "Sogeking" is voiced by Franky!

I'm not sure if you guys found this out already but each of the voice actors for the strawhats are voicing the fakes but a different person. Like you all noticed sogeking was franky. Fake Luffy is voiced by Sanji, Fake Nami is voiced by Chopper, etc.

I always think the funniest thing about the fake Strawhats is the fact they gave them the voice actors of the real strawhats but switched their roles. Sanji speaks fake Luffy, Chopper speaks fake Nami and so on. You guys probably already know that if someone commented it already since you wathced this over 2 weeks ago.
