Hey Jaydeep, high cholesterol - depending on the number and whether it is slightly high, med or very high - you will need to take precaution - for that through diet, you will need to eat foods cooked in very little to no oil and absolutely stop eating fried foods, like thepla, pakoda, puri and bhakri is ok if it is cooked like roti and no oil or ghee added to it....and also vegetable, try to eat raw, steamed or boiled and curries cooked in either 1-2 tablespoon of oil only.....and try and eat more fruits and salads and sprouts....these will definitely help as a starting point.... Not trying to scare you....but if cholesterol goes out of control then the doctor will need to give you statins to bring it down and statins have a lot of bad side effects, e.g body pain, join pain, inability to move as it affects the muscles.....so it would be better to control it if you can....... As far as B12 deficieny goes, this is common for vegetarians and you will need to take Vit B12 supplements together with a multi B Complex or you can speak to you doctor and take B12 injections weekly......depending on what is available....this will help with tiredness etc....also your Vit D level looked very low....you can also bring this level up by taking Vit D supplements - speak to your doctor..... stay healthy and hope the above helps 😊

Jsk Put in the rose plant left over tea leaves from tea (run through water) banana skin, also you can leave banana skin in the water for couple of days and then pour that water in to rose plant. That’s what I do to my rose plant. you will have good roses Plus keep cutting dead buds also.

It is always good to get labs done once a year. I think I’ve said this before, for gas and acid reflux you can take Tums but if you’re taking too many after each meal, then you need something stronger. The doctor can prescribe Prilosec or you can get it over the counter. At some point in life, men and women have acid reflux, especially women after having children. caffeine tea/coffee, chocolate, lemon oranges, tomatoes, apples, will make acid reflex worse. You can take supplements for vitamin D and B12. Or you can get it from foods. (Vegetarian). The trick that I have learned in America is take vitamin D3 K2 with magnesium at bedtime for it to absorb into your body. Lots of Indians around the world struggle with vitamin D and B it’s very common. Roses need a lot of water and plant food twice a year.

Yup! Annual physical check up is a must! You have to be pro active for your health! Getting blood work done once a year should keep your health in check. They think they are not sick so they are healthy. You don’t know what’s happening inside your body. Everyone in your house should get physical check ups done. No one in their house does any work out/cardio - they all sleep after lunch for hours - all that lunch stores as fat! Cholesterol leads to heart attacks! High blood pressure leads to heart attacks! Pure ghee is actually good for you! 1 tablespoon per day. STOP EATING wheat!!!! Meaning bhakri!! wheat is not good for you! Eat whole grains - which is oats , raggi and other millets! Oats or oat fibre is really good for cholesterol! Laziness leads to poor eating habits and poor health. Also if you drink full fat milk - will also lead to heart disease. Sugar leads to so many health issues. They put sugar in everything! Full fat milk should be consumed by kids only! Cause they are growing. On that note - they still keep feeding kano chai/milk - he will never gain weight! Noticed all of them eat is fried snacks/chips and cookies for breakfast. I have never see them eat healthy cereals or fruits.

Jaydeep bhai B12 ke liya aap harroz subah empty stomach Gooseberry ( Amla ) Carrots ( Gajar ) aur Beet Root ka juice pina shuru kar to do the course for couple of weeks without sugar or anything added into it it has to be plain and before 12 mid day start eating roasted chana grams with Jaggery good one loose one desi gor 25 to 50 grams & just 1 table spoon of jaggery that will lift up your B12 for sure & soak plain oats overnight & eat it raw in morning on its own not adding anything do this for good & start drinking luke warm water & try to drink water always sitting on floor cross legs & try adopting this habbit you will get use to it & you will see difference its just basically have to change lifestyle a bit twist a bit no diet can eat lunch as per routine outside food has to stop garlic lasun ki chutney with kichdi will help its basically you have to do loads of detofication because out bodies have got lots of toxins has to flush it out it will happen drinking luke warm water empty stomach every morning & you wake up early 1 hour propr to Sun rise in morning & make sure without fail you walk at least 4o minutes every day

I have to take supplements for iron (I also have to have infusions for my ferritin level), D3, and B12. I would love to see you all go for nature walks in the woods or in natural places. It would be beautiful and good for all of you. Hardikbhai made a vlog of a nature walk he did and it looked beautiful and enjoyable. Sometimes it’s really nice to get out of the city into nature.❤

JD cholesterol is not good. To control eat less fry food n ghee. Take garlic paste n honey, mix together and put in airtight jar. Put this jar inside the mung container ( where you mum stores mung, right in the centre. Make sure the jar is covered with mung all round. Leave it for two weeks n than Take the jar out. Make sure you store this jar in fridge, every morning take a tsp of this paste n eat. This definitely will help with your cholesterol.

Hi Jaydeepbhai! You just look like my brother. Always laughing and having masti in house with all the members of the family. Really, like your sense of humour. Would like to share my experience of home remedies which I did for my husband. For Vitamin B12 have yoghurt and chaas every day but during day time milk everyday at night before sleep. You start having alsi and methi seeds fanki every morning empty stomach which is actually very good for the good cholesterol as alsi(flax seeds) is full of omega acid 3 which is present in fish. Also have soaked walnuts which is again the good source of omega acid. With all these you can have bakhri in breakfast but of jwar flour instead of wheat flour. Add different millets to your diet. You can also munch on different seeds like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, alvi seeds,sesame seeds as mukhwas. All these are very good for growing kids too. Enjoy your life to the fullest and make others happy as always. Note: fanki of alsi methi should be of 2:1 ratio. If you feel that it is still garam for your tummy reduce the quantity of methi seeds. This will work like wonders. But now for the time being you also take vitamin b12 medicine as prescribed by doctor to level up the vitamin deficiency.

For B12 deficiency have curd with White Musle ( it’s a Ayurvedic herb), I and my dad had B12 deficiency but now by having this we have a normal range. We are Jains so have certain food restrictions. Ideally have it in the morning After having this dnt eat anything for half an hour

Sarika ghee is not bad. Ghee is actually better than refined oil.Good fat limit ma lo to that will fight bad cholesterol. Arjun kawath na powder ne hot water ma mix Kari narnakothe leso to arteries block nai thay raw garlic is good. Warm water is good then cold water.

Jd bhai for cholestrol u could simply add little dalchini powder i.e cinnamon powder to your tea everyday in the morning ... It helps in reducing cholesterol. Simple change hai bt asar karta hai ...

Jaydeepbhai milk pina ka tarika best hai 1 hour before going to bed low fat milk boil karke just 1 cup put 1 pinch of Turmeric powder & half table spoon of good quality Ghee mix it up then drink it that will help that is the best time to drink milk avoid wholemeal Gehu ke roti start millets rotla for e.g. Bajri Jowar Ragi that will help & try not to eat after Sunset because food does not get digested what ever you eat after Sunset that gets converted into bad toxins & Cholesterol in our artries & body which creates problems

Homemade ghee is good. It does not increase cholesterol. Cut down on fried food. Bhakri has to have ghee itt helps in digestion.

Jaydeep bhai atyar thi kai medicine ni atli jarur na hoi...B12 is very common thing mara papa doctor che m kye che k gotli no mukhvas khav and thandi rotli khavani...koi special vastu ni ama jarur nai....ACDT mate variyali no sharbat che kali draksh pladi ne khavi TADI fruit khavu ...baki koi medicine ni jarur nai...and jo body ni garmi hoi to tmare to ghar ni cow che...cow ghee ne kansa na vatka thi pag ma ghaso bdhi garmi nikdi jase....

JDBhai. Cholesterol mate start taking 1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder mix with 1 spoon of honey in the morning. You will see a difference in a few days. Effective remedy.
