This is def my fav drama so far. Badass characters with complex backgrounds and relationships, intertwined with politics and power struggle. And both leads are morally grey, which is quite rare. They are supposed to NOT be likeable, they keep you on the edge and make you question their true motives. This is not your average cozy love story, so pls know that you're in for a HELL of a ride😂

I'm totally fascinated with the ml's characterization. He's not your usual holier than thou lily white types. Infact, he's almost a villain and the actor portrayed him so perfectly that he overshadowed a veteran actress imho. I love this character and them as a couple in the drama. The kissing, I'm sure she had to ice her lips afterward. Bro took no prisoners LOL!!

Não sei porque, mas todo papel que a Bai Lu faz, ou ela vai atrás do homem por interesses pessoais e depois vira amor forçado, ou o homem que vai atrás dela e fica tão obcecado que só vai querer ela e ninguém mais. 🤣😆 Faz sentido, não faz? Pensem bem... Em The Legends, ela salvou o protagonista e depois que montaram o clã próprio deles, a Lu Zhaoyao passou a ser uma inspiração para o protagonista segurar sua posição de líder enquanto tenta recuperar a vida dela, mas ele não ousa deixar outra pessoa sentar naquela cadeira de líder além dela porque ela é a fundadora e quem ele foi amando com o tempo. Já a personagem dela que era inocente demais, acabou virando uma anti-herói(que não é vilã e nem herói, mas tem objetivos). Em one and only e forever and ever, a personagem dela no primeiro ficou surda, mas depois recuperou a audição. O protagonista na qual ela se apaixonou e a motivou a se curar, foi acusado e faleceu durante a guerra. Acabou que ela se sacrificou por ele porque não queria se casar com quem ela foi forçada a ficar e a história acaba aí. Mas em Forever and Ever, a versão século XXI dos protagonistas passam por problemas parecidos, a diferença é que o desejo da vida passada dela, se realizou nesta. E claro, cada um só pensava no outro e ninguém mais. Em Lucky First's Love, a personagem dela é desafiada pelo chefe do trabalho a encontrar um amor em tantos dias. Acontece que o CEO, chefe dela é que queria que ela reparasse mais nele, então ele fazia de tudo para ela se interessar por ele e não em quem ela escolheu para não perder o desafio. Em Love is Sweet e Até o Fim da Lua, os protagonistas se provocam muito, mas a verdade é que os personagens de Luo Yunxi eram obcecados nas personagens de Bai Lu. Já ela, queria mesmo é seguir a sua função, o seu trabalho. Em Only for Love, a mesma coisa que Love is Sweet, só que com Dylan Wang e teve aí trabalho de uma ótimo cupido.☺
