One of my all time favorite pieces. My daughter is studying vocal performance. It would be a dream come true to see her perform this piece at her Senior recital.

Sua voz é como diz a própria ária, "un charmant objet". Parabéns pela técnica e pela expressividade da sua interpretação. Eu sou fã da música do barroco francês e você fez bem todos os "agrements du chant". Quem toca ou canta este reportório belíssimo do barroco francês sabe como é difícil fazer estes ornamentos de forma limpa, expressiva e como dizia Hotteterre, "avec le bon goût". Novamente, parabéns.

Lovely!! I saw in the credits that this is your voice! Amazing clarity, resonance and feeling! I enjoy singing with the lute sometimes though lately have these things stuck to my chords, lol I probably need to drink lemon juice, I’ve heard it clears them (besides more regular practice..).

Felipe Dias Compliments well deserved!! If you take on lute, haha maybe avoid the mistake I made and go directly to baroque lute or theorbo, I play (dilettante not virtuoso) the renaissance lute and it is much harder than the two mentioned above without much more effect, if not less. Thank you for the links! I just listened your audio files. Not laughing at all! I can tell that you have a sweet quality in your voice and a natural emission that reminds me of Marco Beasley and Simone Sorini. The latter also sings while playing the lute! I just regret the bad recording, as you said. The lute piece is beautiful!
