There were so very many wild claims that were based on absolutely zero research - it made the process of reading through much more exhausting because I was trying to figure out how the conclusions could be logical... But they aren't! There's nothing here worth spending time or money on.

Once a student graduates from an accredited veterinary school, she is a veterinarian. Licensed or not, she is still a veterinarian. Remember, at one time chiropractors were vilified by the AMA and now an accepted form of medicine. "Outliers" are often ahead of their time.

I've done a video on chiropractic work already kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mKdgjcqG38ysdo0.html It's not so simple to try discuss 'laser' as there is an immense amount of variability in product type and treatment application for those different lasers... But I can add that to my list of future topics! As 'holistic' simply roughly means 'believing the parts are interconnected and need to addressed as a whole' almost all of veterinary medicine falls into that definition. However, many people will use it to mean other things, and so I would need more specific details on what you are interested in learning more about, if you wanted me to add it to my list of future video topics! Often grifters use it as a buzzword to convince people of legitimacy... But using buzzwords isn't proof of efficacy. That's why we need research based interventions!

I'm so sorry that you've been told so many incorrect, fear mongering type things from people who are not experts (ie not veterinary nutritionists) in the field of dog nutrition. The current recommendation is to feed a research based diet that meets WSAVA guidelines, so it would be advised to gradually blend over to one. I hope that you enjoy some of the other videos as well. The 5-year rabies challenge test---have you read their report? I have. The program was botched because the vaccine used for the 5-year group of dogs was spoiled or defective. So the whole purpose of the testing was defeated, and dozens of beagle dogs were euthanized for nothing. I don't know that I can blame her for the defective vaccine. But I don't think people who were supporting this test being done fully understood how such tests are done.

The rabies challenge fund study did not result in reported results that meet the FDA criteria. The 5-year cohort were challenged with a virus that was not sufficiently virulent, so the results could not be relied on. The results for dogs tested after a longer period did not have the required 88 percent effective results. While it was not Dr. Dodds fault that the virus was not sufficiently virulent, I was saddened by the relatively useless death of dozens of beagles in the program. I did not believe that people on a pet forum who were urging people to help fund the study really understood that it involved the "sacrifice" of the dogs involved.

Please don't comment with scams like this on my videos. I will not be using products like that.
