Yes, I love twists, I grew my hair to bra length form two- strand twisting since 2012. My best protective style.

I also twist my hair on wash day ! Leaves it for a week and have a twist out for a day or two ! I love to twist my hair and keep it in . I’ve seen growth and minimal shedding and breakage . My hair had grown so much by leaving it alone , doing AYUVERDIC masks and prepooing

I have low porosity hair so I have to rince out my conditioner with warm water or my leave-in just sits on top. Your hair is so thick and healthy. Great video as always.
