Not Jeannie Mai comparing Jeezy to Diddy! Cassie finally broke her silence officially about her situation with Diddy after that video leaked on social media about two weeks ago or so, expressing gratitude for the support that she has gotten from fans since she first sued Diddy in November.
Well, Jeannie Mai jumped in the comments, spilling some tea about Jeezy, and talking about how her experience was super similar to Diddy.

I’ve always prided myself on being a girl’s girl. But with that being said, I’m really starting to not believe a word that comes out of this woman’s mouth 💯. By no means whatsoever do I believe that Jeezy is innocent. But she’s really “showing her slip” as the old folks used to say. In the grand scheme of things, these are 2 people who just simply made no sense being together in the first place. And their mistake was not taking the time to properly vet one another before they got married. I don’t believe that she was blindsided by the divorce in any sort of way. I believe that he always had it in his back pocket, & made sure that she knew it was there. She didn’t change her behavior in enough time & he finally got fed up & played it. Point blank & the period 🤷🏽‍♀️ If she was so blindsided & he was so abusive to her, then why did she fight tooth & nail to hold onto the marriage as hard as she did in the beginning? And like I said, I’m sure he’s far from innocent. I legit side eyed the mess out of him when he did that interview with Nia Long. Because I felt like he was trying to garner sympathy from black women when we’re clearly not his preference. The only person who I feel sorry for is that beautiful baby. I really hope that they can come to an amicable end for her sake.

@@jessicawilliams9834 I have had arguments with my ex narcissistic and because it was a constant struggle. I was completely blindsided when he popped up with a new gf and relationship. My thing is Id rather people say idk what happened because I won’t there then to say she lying, from experience I know how devastating that can be. Also I didn’t know or tell anyone I was being abused because of my childhood I thought our fights were normal. It wasn’t until I got out of my relationship that I realized how bad it really was. He did the same to me trying to take my children I was going to walk away quite and calm until I realized he was not playing fair so I told everyone exactly what was happening and a lot didn’t believe me.

I believe her I don't believe he went Diddy level but sometimes ppl have that capacity & they show you in small glimpses. Mental & emotional abuse are also forms of DV so there's that. If someone says they were abused or even exposed to an abusive situation I will believe unless proven otherwise. Period. Her sticking around or being shocked by his filing doesn't surprise me at all. We as women especially once subjected to abuse by someone we love always think we're loved more than we are that of course we'll get through it of course we'll get past it of course it was just a bad day or a fight or a rough patch of course they'll realize they're actions or words are hurting us & they'll miss ,& love us like they did again in the beginning or when things were at their best. We really believe no one could just stop loving or quit bc so often we don't have that capacity. This is why we stick it out keep coming back apologize try to work things out. That & when there's a child who will lose their father. Usually that's the sum of why.
