If Alaric hadn't been so clearly intending to leave the show even if there had been a season 5, they could've made a great storyline out of him bonding with Jed over this. Like Jed, Alaric was once a magical being who died, got resurrected and eventually had that magic stripped away, leaving him as just a regular human again. I mean Alaric has died and been resurrected a number of times, but that was his final death and resurrection and he had to adjust to being an Enhanced Original Vampire and then to being fully human again.

It was same when bonnie brought tyler back he was human again for a bit until finale of s6 of tvd when liv told him to reactivate it to save his life

I don't get it how come Jed came back human but the others came back as vampires. Is jed fully human or does he just have to activate is wolf curse again.

I think its the same situation as Tyler (TVD) when he was bringing back from the Other Side.. Tyler is no longer a hybrid

That's bc he is a human werewolf and when he came back to life he resets his curse. it's like he was born again so he has to actives his curse in order to became a werewolf again. Same thing happened to Tayler in TVD, they explained it like this.
