I've been banging JMT and AOTP for years, and yeah I love the violent horrorcore music but this track is something else entirely and it's beautiful. Type of shit to really get you inspired and thinking. Huge respect to Vinnie for the artistry on this one. People gotta stop hating just because it's not some hardcore killer music. Thank you Vinnie! Lost my brother about 5 years ago and became an alcoholic. Going on one year sober and even though the pain seems more real I can deal with it with a clear head now. Ive played this song probably 10x already, this hits me deep. The story seems to be about the acceptance of death, and the coming of age, when a child realizes what seemed to be infinite is in fact finite. To become a man once must accept death and not turn away from it or pretend it doesn't exist, but rather embrace it and feel the pain of death fully. Written poetically and raw in true vinnie paz style. Good stuff.
