downsouth-expe... My cousin and I took our rigs to the Dupont National Forest to do some wheeling and off-roading.
His jeep did very well as did the Ranger. We traveled on Green River Road to Pinnacle Mountain road in Dupont National Park and found some great technical trails!
Off-roading in a jeep wrangler is great due to its solid front axle and locking differentials which make the tires spin equally together.

Good trail system. That muddy/snowy hill climb was sketchy especially at the step up! Looked like some pucker factor for sure when the jeep was on two wheels ! But not a scratch on the jeep .... nice !

sorry im just getting back to you, for us green river rd and pinnacle mountain road are tons of fun. Lots of small trails off of pinnacle mnt to do some hardcore crawling. Thanks for your comment!
