Hey man love the jeep. I laughed at the guy in the very beginning saying your jeep was comical, sure showed him lol. Where did you get the rock rails? They sure held up to the beating. Again great Commander.

Good stuff man loving the commander, i just bought one with a blown engine and replaced it and i just installed a 6" lift and its a beast i also have QDll and wheel the crap out of mine, GJ you just got a new SUB!

HELLZ YEAH!!! Representing for Jeep Commander owners wordwide!!! Most people in Venezuela only like Toyota Land Cruisers and Hilux's for offroading, but I've showed more than one of them up with my Jeep... I've climbed some crazy shit through the Grand Savana (between Venezuela and Brazil) with my 2008 Commander (5'/3' lift, Safari snorkel kit, OldManEmu suspension kit, BF goodrich A/T tires) but never through some rocks like that!!! He messed up the side of the car pretty bad tho lol

Great looking and capable vehicle - poor spotters will make it difficult for even the most capable vehicle. A rock in the hole on the right side would have helped tremendously in getting over that ledge the first time. This is why I would rather spot for my wife and let her conquer the obstacle.

You might not see this comment but our commander with the 4.7 engine pulled a car hauler with a Lincoln Navigator on it at 55 for 3 hours with 0 issues..it's truly a great and fun vehicle to own

i have an 06 5.7 and the only lift i fond was 4" super lift where do you guys find your commander goodies would love a 6" lift and would like to find front and rear steel bumper any suggestions would be helpful!

Its called offroading, what else do you expect to hear when climbing a steep "rocky" grade? The crunch you hear is the armor and the bumpers doing their job of protecting the jeep from direct under body damage...

You can buy a new door and paint it. I didn't buy it to be a pretty little princess jeep, its a trail vehicle and overland vehicle first. Whats the point of all that equipment if you're scared to get scratches on it??

not scared. too OCD. if it did get damaged id be whipping out the cash asap for repairs. whats the point of spending so much money on all that equipment if you arent going to take care of it? the best oils and filters ect on time every time.
