I found a 1 owner 2006 a few yr back for my bro in-law. It was a one owner with 90k miles. It had every option I had ever seen on one. Including factory nav and factory rear entertainment. Window sticker new was just under $45000. I love that rig I think it’s got about 110k in it now. His wife drive it back from their lakehouse in TN back to GA with failed cooling system. Ran hot whole way home. The6 never stopped. But amazingly The hemi is fine. They had it fully checked over and zero issues. That’s a tuff motor

Nice Video!! I have a Hemi Commander 2007 with only $152,000 on it. I'm looking to upgrade stuff on it... I'll keep watching your video to get more info...

Nice dude. I have an 07 Hemi as well. I recently replaced the motor, it threw a rod out the short block. I just can’t decide what I should get next. A tuner, roof rack or just fix the exhaust leak it has. 🥶

Borla makes a nice cat back system we will be doing in our build. I will have a video up this weekend of our tear down of the front end and engine. in addition to the engine work we are rebuilding front axle, 3 inch front lift, the new exhaust, metal bumpers front and rear and completely redoing the interior and sound system. going to be a fun build but we wanna tackle the engine first and a couple of small body issues and a small rust issue. no rust anywhere on this thing except a small spot on the roof (surface only). Can you change a 2006 jeep commander from 4.7 to hemi engine. I want to upgrade engine and transmission.

Not worth it just find a hemi model to rebuild would be cheaper and less head ache

I just saw your video, and I’m looking forward to seeing your next. I’m in the market for a Jeep Commander 5.7, and I’ve been looking through pictures of built up Commanders, but already coming up with questions, like “who makes an off road bumper for it? What kind is that, that you’re planning to use?

Wambumpers.com is one we are looking at for front and rear. My next few videos I will be cutting off and repairing the rockers and doing some rust protection underneath. Then we will be lifting it, installing new carpet since they make no kits we will be stretching and fitting it ourselves, some custom stereo upgrades that most don’t realize you can do to these trucks and then finishing with the engine work and body work is a complete build will be fun
