Thanks Randy!!! Appreciate the continued support! I do have a dead cat, but I need an adapter for it to work with my gimbal. This film and part 2 was filmed in early May, so if part 2 still has some audio challenges, just know that it was prior to your feedback! I’m getting the adapter for the deadcat or the wireless mic setup!!!

I watched this video several months ago but I am now really thinking about putting a cai on my gladiator. Love the video man. Great info! Wish I could find someone to test the injen cai. I believe it’s the one I want to use.

@@MetroCollectablesandvlogs yes, I did…it has an aggressive sound but not annoying. Only when you give it a lot of throttle. Honestly, I haven’t seen it save on gas more than 10-15miles on full tank.

They were custom made by a local guy! That being said, I think there are some pre-made ones on the market now.

Would you suggest saving and waiting for a full procharger set ( has the cold air intake and whatnot) or just go ahead and get a separate cold air intake in the meantime?

In my opinion it’s up to each individual and what they personally desire. For me, yes I would wait until I supercharged my JT before I put another CAI on. However, if you would get enjoyment out of (the sound) it daily while you’re driving your Jeep, than I say go for it and put a CAI on now.

@@21SethG I'm probably going to get a higher end exhaust (MagnaFlow JT Jeep Gladiator Street Series Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System) paired with a cold air intake until I can afford the supercharger . Thanks for the help

No problem!!! Let me know how it turns out! I still have the MACH Force-Xp 3" Hi-Tuck 409 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System in my storage. I had planned to add it right after the CAI and then go back to the dyno to see the results. But after the results of the CAI, I opted not to install it. More because at that pin t I wasn’t sure if I wanted the extra sound. Still holding onto it just in case I change my mind.

So big thing with the gladiators is you need to reset adaptive. This will clear the computer of your stft and ltft which optimizes the fuel/air for the new intake or stock.

Adaptive reset still will only run the stock maps ….

JT Mods I am on 37's with a 3" lift so there's a lot of weight to get rolling. It does sound better but, as far as performance gains I don't notice any. I also have the IDrive installed as well

Installation was easy on the hood scoops. The hardest part for me was placing the paper cut out on bothsides perfectly. OCD but, getting better as I get older. I wish they would have made the paper cut out different. One bigger sheet that way you just square everything up then cut.

@@21SethG Exodus Jeeps reviewed a unit they've installed and I'm holding out for REAL power! I've never seen long term satisfaction trying to improve a V6. Seems to be the beginning of the costlier end!
