Thanks, Sam Dillon! I had a local muffler shop do the welding and pipe fabrication for me. The new muffler just simply replaced the stock one. It’s a Flowmaster 40 series with 3” inlet and outlet because that’s the size of the Jeep’s pipes. I bought tips from Amazon that are linked above, and I asked my technician to put them at a 45-degree angle pointing towards the rear, directly under the rear fender flares. The resonator has been deleted, but the catalytic converters are left as-is from the factory. I only did a ‘fake dual’ rather than a ‘true dual’ because the tech said it wouldn’t sound right.

Shane Burk hahaha well I had a 2.5” flowmaster 40 put on. Hopefully that doesn’t mess with the tone or anything.

Larry Coker the cats are intact....it’s not legal to remove them in Texas. This is a resonator delete and the Flowmaster replaces the stock muffler.

Deleted everything factory from the muffler back, replaced with Flowmaster 40-series.
