Improve Cargo Management. The Tereflex Rear Utility Cargo Rack creates a shelf over the rear cargo area of your 2007-2017 Wrangler JK 4 door. Elevated off the floor, this cargo rack provides a neat and compartmentalized method of managing your gear. Mounting to the factory sport cage, this utility cargo rack is height adjustable between 18” and 24” above the floor and features T-slot rails that make attaching tie downs and straps a cinch. In the upper most position of 24”, the rack sits above the tailgate providing seamless access to its contents when the roof is off. It is important to note, however, that since it mounts to the sport cage, a soft top cannot be used when this rack is installed.
Extruded Aluminum Design. Made of lightweight aluminum, this cargo rack is not susceptible to rust. Finished with a hard anodized black UV resistant paint, this rack looks very chic and is backed by a 5 year warranty.
Bolt-On Installation. The Tereflex Rear Utility Cargo Rack has been engineered to be a direct-bolt on system for 4 Door JK Wranglers. Installation of the rack will take around an hour, and most of that time will be spent assembling the rack itself. No special tools are needed - just traditional hand tools.

When installed, what is the vertical height between the floor and the underside of the rack? Also, is it height adjustable? Also, is it compatible with both hard and soft tops?

Thanks Terri! Unfortunately I don't think that you're able to buy just the brackets included with the rack. I checked on Teraflex's website and the brackets are only offered in the kit itself. Thinking about making something custom for yourself? -Jake

what is the weight rating of this rack?

According to Teraflex the weight rating is 75lbs when safely secured! Thinking about picking one up? -Jake

There's too many parts to put it together and it's complicated to put together for such a simple rack. The many parts that could get lose after a while also. It's not worth the investment to get it. I'm getting an ACE brand cargo rack. The rack is one piece and everything is welded together, there's only eight screws to mount it to the Jeep. A lot simpler compared to the forty eight screws it takes to put that one together.

Camrahnbay Camrahnbay I had it for a couple of years. It was a pain to put together, you seriously got frustrated installing it to the Jeep. It always made noise and vibrated a lot. The screws always came lose and a bolt broke that was scewed into the roll cage. I had to drill it out and the broken end went inside the roll cage. It has been nothing but a disappointing and I regret buying it.
