You don't have an OOTB feature available to roll-back the updates. So you will need to perform another update to restore it to earlier stage..

Custom object not showing in app

If you have custom objects created in your Org and that doesn't appear in Data Loader, you can try these 1> Check if the Deployment Status for the Custom Object is set to Deployed 2> Check if you have Read / Create / Edit permission on the Custom Object 3> Make sure to select Show all Salesforce objects in Data Loader
