Sir, please make a video on how to self unrack the bar during bench press when training for strength and weights are heavy. Sometimes it feels like unracking the bar is more difficult then the exercise itself.

Sir 2 exercise for front delt and it will hit with incline chest also ( 90 % people will hit ) and the part that lateral and rear mostly you will not hit with any other exercise ( uneven volume) for body parts
