I think he hates entitled punks and from what I have always heard that is how KAT and Wiggins behaved. They went to Kentucky and Kansas. They were number one picks. Never had to worry about whether or not they’d get to start or if they were in danger of not getting millions of dollars. Jimmy WORKED SO HARD TO GET HIS PIECE. Homeless teen. Troubled youth. Family problems. Nobody recruiting him. Had to go to a no name JUCO. Worked hard to get noticed. Marquette took a chance not expecting him to even make the team. Worked his way into minutes. Worked his way to starter. NBA draft. 30th overall. Maybe he’ll make the team. Works his way to starter. To Star. To SUPERSTAR. How can you not love that guy?

Why are so many nba fans glorifying jimmy bulter while clown KAT? Isn't Jimmy the one who is an emotional/immature/unprofessional clown? Jimmy was a horrible teammate. He came three days late for the training camp. Win one a short scrimmage that ends with 18 to 6, and then he just left without playing the other short scrimmages... while yelling to GM about how he should get paid more (who is entitled again?). If this is not a high maintenance diva, I don't know who is. It's weird his assholery is somehow glorified as being "tough" or whatever. You said KAT is entitled but doesn't work hard.... this is just pure guesses.. You said jimmy works fine, which is probably truth... but you said jimmy is not entitled? this is just so far from the truth. He is not one skipping practice for THREE days. Played one short scrimage and skipped the rest of the short scrimage of the day while acting like a complete diva.

First off, I love Jimmy Butler, he's one of the few players with the competitive mentality and the "WANT" to win. You can't teach that, you have to want it. That being said, there are a few things that DON'T matter. The interview for one, doesn't matter. I said he has the right mindset...but showing up late, though I don't know the reason....is not a good thing. Imagine if any of the greats did that. You can't be THAT guy and not put in the work. Beating the main squad usually means something, but you're playing against KAT and Wiggins, two number 1 draft picks who BOTH lack the competitive mindset and the "WANT" to win. Even now, years later, both players want to be something, more so KAT, but they're both just ROLE players now. Unfortunate for the TImberwolves, though they have Anthony Edwards now who has already shown to be better in literally every way. Back to Jimmy, you can't beat the "starters" and act as if you've won the finals, no. For me, he chickened out and that makes him look worse. Imagine had he beat them again...he doesn't have to win all of them, but win more than losing....that, EVERYONE can respect and it paints a much better picture. You running our after two games and acting like you've proved something when you're the run running away....I'd be lying if I said it doesn't hurt his image.
