Jefferson Parish Storm preparations in advance of Tropical Storm Sally

Jefferson Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng held a press conference Sunday to lay out the parish's plans for Tropical Storm Sally.
Sally is expected to become a hurricane prior to landfall, which is expected in southeast Louisiana sometime Tuesday.
