The fantastic voyage of Jefferson Starship rose from the remains of the legendary Jefferson Airplane. Charter members Grace Slick and Paul Kantner join co-lead singer Mickey Thomas, guitarist Craig Chaquico and the rest of the band in rousing renditions of Airplane and Starship greatest hits for The Definitive Concert.

Just discovering this song by them and honestly it is incredible to me how this group emerged and evolved into the 80s , which is how I first discovered them. And that this song is easily one of their finest works and only has 4K views on KZfaq. Sometimes it’s the lesser known stuff that is the gold mine. Now I get to go back and enjoy these iconic tunes that evoke a totally different style, a raw one with zero filters or effects other than the power of the instruments and voices themselves.
