Never been quiet about how much I REALLY dislike Jeffree Star, but I think the fact that Elijah brought it up on such a public platform was kind of slimey. He knew that Jeffree would either have to agree to save face, or decline and make himself look like an asshole. Jeffree has no obligation to trust these people with, essentially, his livelihood, and Elijah trying to turn it into twitter beef rubs me the wrong way.

I respectfully disagree. Jeffery has every right to not give his warehouse away. It takes time and effort to move even just a portion of makeup to another part of the warehouse and by doing that, you put people at risk. It was last minute. Plus I’m sure there are a lot of legal things that go into renting or even donating a part of your warehouse. And there are a lot of security issues, again, he was robbed and I don’t blame him for wanting to risk that happening again. It takes too much time and resources. And Elijah was wrong to do this on Twitter, it should’ve stayed between him and Jeffery until a decision was made.

I’m pretty sure you can’t just “lend” a whole warehouse legally or at least not without having to do some sorts of paperwork. And if something happens with anyone it’ll get HIM in legal issues, not Elijah. I truly wouldn’t do that either for so many reasons

Lets say JS loans his warehouse out. That is IF his insurance agrees and allows it. Next, IF ANYONE so much as gets a scratch, let alone dies in there, he is going to be held 100% liable. Would it work in a perfect world? Maybe. But god damn times are horrific and a warehouse isn’t nearly as equipped as people are making it out to be.

The jeffree story isn’t fair imo. If you had a spare room in your house, would you let a homeless person stay with you? Jeffree is under no obligation to give his warehouse to anyone for any reason. No matter how morally correct it might be to donate it, he is under NO obligation to donate it out. You can be mad at Jeffree, you can try to cancel him for not donating it, but you won’t get anywhere because it’s HIS warehouse and HIS investment to choose what to do with it. I do NOT like Jeffree Star whatsoever, I do not support him, but this situation ONLY looks bad on Elijah. Your assets are NOT an obligation if you don’t want it to be. To put in perspective, we have a few warehouses at my workplace. (1) we could NOT use them as relief shelters or something else other than their intended use if someone asked a month in advance, MUCH LESS LAST MINUTE. (2) those warehouses are there for a reason. People have businesses, assets, and insurance to protect and worry about. If the reason the warehouse is being requested for use directly interferes with your company’s own wants, there’s no moral obligation to put your business at risk. (3) why is it up to businesses with a reputation to be the ones who open their doors up? Is it nice if they do it? Yes. Should they feel they have to? No. Where is the outrage against the local government for not building shelters instead of going in on ONE (1) person.

There is a lot of liabilities and insurance when it comes to other people working in your warehouse. Edit: in order to get insurance and contracts drawn up you need to have this ready months in advance, also, a legal team and a insurance company who are not working due to the current situation. Truthfully, I’m not the biggest fan of Jeffrey but I believe angelika, a law student is being extremely biased in this situation and I will be unsubscribing as it has become a pattern.

I think what you said about Jeffree Star wasn't good. If he didn't have room in his warehouse, he didn't have room. How are you going to act like he can just remove all products from a space to accommodate the people? Not only that but he said his workers are off right now since he is considered a non-essential business, so who is going to clear out a space anyway? I like Jeffree's products but I'm not a hardcare "OMG JEFFREEEEE" stan, but there could be multiple reasons he didn't want to loan the warehouse. There could be legalities classing it as running a business, when he legally can't. He may not have the room to hold supplies (even if there's floor space it could be against workplace health and safety ie; palettes of stock in a walkway etc). He could be wary from the robbery OR it could be because he's telling the truth. They've been unfollowed and Elijah is trying drama for pressure? Who knows. But as a business, he's still paying his employees during this time when many aren't, so I respect him for that

I tend to enjoy and agree with your points in videos, but the whole warehouse situation was a bit ridiculous. There are MANY issues that could've been the reason Jeffree said no to the warehouse question. It could've been for insurance reasons, contamination reasons, legal reasons such as someone sustaining an injury while there and suing him, the recent break in and theft operation, etc. These are all VERY valid reasons for Jeffree to say no to that question. Regardless of the reason though, no one is entitled to use one of his warehouses. Just because he has the resources and/or money to spare, doesn't mean he's obligated to do so. If he simply wanted to say no because of trust alone, that's 100% his right. Add in the fact that that guy made the request public, making it hard for Jeffree to say no to without backlash, but he also DID lie about Jeffree un-following him. As other's have pointed out, Jeffree un-followed him in 2019. I think it's really unfair for that guy to publicly ask Jeffree, and then lie about him unfollowing him now to further incriminate and guilt him.

Fenty foundation is the first foundation that's actually had my shade, pale af with like olivey undertones, it's hard to find pale but with not pale undertones, everything is either too pale or too dark, and atleast I have a huge range of shades to not match, people with darker skin will onle have like 2 or 3 shades sometimes

Being in isolation can be very damaging to mental health, how much money someone has or how big their house is doesn't change that fact. As a business owner, who also has space for my business, I cannot just loan out that space to whoever asks without me or my team getting involved. Jeffree’s entire staff is out on PAID leave and no one is working. He is not obligated to loan out his warehouse to anyone?? Even saying “hmm, i don’t know, i think he should have done it” is like what?? Giving money out, if you have it, is easy and appreciated. But when you start talking about using someone’s property or business assets, you’re now getting into liability insurance and what it does and does not cover, etc.

Even if you absolutely dislike Jeffree and don’t support him, and think he’s a bad person because of his past, you cannot deny that him saying no to warehouse space is not only likely because of legally reasons, but also security. He was broken into and had millions of dollars stolen. He is a private business, he doesn’t need to open up space to ANYONE. plus he’s done so much to help people on Twitter and that’s how he’s given back, and I’m sure he’s done more behind the scenes. Plus if he let people use his warehouse and someone has the virus then that whole warehouse needs to be disinfected and cleaned and all the products thrown out. Okay Angelika, this is the first time in a good while where I disagree with your stance, so hear me out. Tweeting at Jeffree to make him open up his warehouse for free is wrong and frankly irresponsible. Just because someone has success doesn't mean they are free from current responsibilities and agreements, or that they are required to help anyone that asks for help. Do you know how many charities probably hit him up? I don't have any money but I get 20-30 emails a day from various charities. Jeffree has also been protecting his employees by sending them home with pay. If he opens up his facilities, he would be required to have his staff there as well, and I somehow doubt that would go over well considering California is in lockdown. It's not exactly a situation that everyone should make assumptions on so quickly.
