My family relies on tourism and hotels haven't really been having a great time. We have what we need to survive, thankfully, but it's scary how everything is going. Hotels have their protocols and all of that, so as long as people are careful and follow guidelines, it's helpful to our economy. :(

It would be the exact same outcome if I went to sue someone for naming a green eyeshadow "Whitney" and me stating I'm known for that particular green as I wear it all the time. I don't legally hold sole rights to my name or that shade.
