Victoria Bryer actually he legally cannot. The second he signed an NDA he is prohibited from speaking about it or even admitting that there is one too. He is legally bound to not disclose anything about J* otherwise he would face a lawsuit that can cost up to millions. What he CAN do however, would be to get Jeffree to admit it on his own if they are in a hearing or recorded interview pre court. Or even just convince Jeffree to talk and reveal it himself to the public. Heck even a wire too could help, but it would also be breaching confidentiality if it is heard and used in court or disclosed to the public. In other words he’s screwed if he did sign an NDA.
