Negan is the best character progression story arc. The guy went from super villain to, dare I say, as heroic or more heroic than our original protagonists. Like, doing that and keeping the audience on the same wavelength is impressive. Bravo!

I think negan is an amazingly complex character. He's not a big bad, people only think of him and the lineup. They neglect the fact that has done so much to try to change in that universe Ffs he has put his life on the line over and over not just for his former enemies, but their children... And if you can't see that...well, you haven't been paying attention.
