Good positioning on the RAO sternum, but remember to lift the left arm up to move the scapula out of the anatomy of interest.

Lateral sternum is at 72 SID not same as RAO 40 SID

An oblique and the lateral can be collimated to irradiate 1/4 of the field shown in the video. Centering points are pointless and dangerous. Use accurate collimation instead

Too much touching..we been taught avoid so much touching..patients dont like that but explanation is great
