@@sionming9064 Nah X'D you guys have no idea how a tier list is formed. Every character can be good with investment but certain characters can be better than others due to their kit. If this isn't obvious to you... I don't know what to say. Get some help?

Tier lists are useful in a game that is about investing in characters. Obviously if you invest in a character they can be strong eventually but certain characters have better kit than others and that just positions them higher than others. Like Keqing for example, mathematically she has insane damage output and then if we consider how often she can abuse invisibility frames she scoots her ass to the top real quick. Also let's look at the fact that the tier lists have shifted as time has passed, and that is because people get more time with the characters and find out ways to use them optimally. Like Bennet was low initially but then people found out that he can be strong on his own but he can also be an insane support, Xingqui can be an incredible support but also hit like a truck with the right weapon. Tier lists are fluid, and they are a useful tool for determining if you want to wait or just build a character. They also help you establish the cons of a character early on instead of after you have spent millions of mora.
