Growing up(high school) Jelly was shitty hood rap from Nashville but we loved it because he was local. He slang dope, was fat, and rapped about it. He's matured a lot and I love that he's getting the recognition he deserves. That soul in his voice is from a real place and his twang sounds like home to me. I agree this should be on the radio and not just because I'm a lifelong Jelly and Tech fan, the production is amazing. I went to SAE (in Nashville) for audiio engineering and do a bit of production for friends and stuff and if I'm ever involved with anything that sounds half as good as this then I'll die happy

Loneliness w/ Rittz, Pop Another Pill w/Lil Wyte, Money w/Yelawolf & Struggle Jennings, the acoustic Sunday Morning, Welcome to the Trap House "white boy from south with the laid back flow" are a few of my favorites. I haven't found a Jelly song I didn't absolutely LOVE!! Shout out to his wife Bunnie because she's a beautiful, inspirational woman. They belong together, and I absolutely love both of them! Two real mfkrs! Just saw him at a smaller venue this past April in Hartford, CT just before he started on the Shinedown tour! Chris Webby even came to the show (he's also from CT) and he was just chilling at the bar with one of Jelly's openers, James Garcia. Best live show of my life! The 3 of ended up with covid exactly 10 days after that show and it was still 100% worth it!!! I have a few of the videos from that show on my YT even though they're terrible and shaky, I can still feel just like I did while I was there every time I watch it. This man speaks to my soul!
