I've been in a dark place for almost 9 months now I am retired army and I have lost 4 brothers that I grew up with answered with that have all lost their battle with P TST and mental illness in general does they committed suicide and I've lost all 4 since November and it's breaking my heart and it sends me into this dark dark place where I found myself asking Why did I survive my attempt and they didn't? His music allowed me to see that it's okay to be in a dark spot but to keep fighting so between jelly and knowing that all my brothers a up in my ear screaming at me drama isn't keep going that's what I'm trying to do I can't say that I'm gonna drown my eyes because well they're family but I will honor them by raising my 2 boys to the best of my ability because I know that's what they would be telling me to do and to keep living life the best way I know how because if I stopped fighting a guarantee they would be ready to kick my a**. I never had to serve under fire, just always training and preparing I want to personally thank you for taking on a great mantle and serving our country I'm sorry for your loss, we lost some boy's My buddies boys who joined up later and they carried on! Again I will be praying for you brother One served on Marine 1 before he decided he was going back to his unit. I've been sober from heroin for 10 and half years Nov 24 will be 11 but the last 3 years have been the most painful 3 years of my life and I've thought about relapsing I my younger brother was killed on Feb 28,2022 , My kind loving Mother in law passed away unexpectedly on Jan 24, 2023 3 days before my birthday, then on March 22 2024 this year my beautiful mother had a massive heart attack and passed away on my husband's birthday. Then on between my family I've lost 6 friends in the past 3 years also I have been a rollercoaster of different emotions and I've thought about using I've thought some seriously crazy things but Jellyroll your music has kept me from falling back down that path you truly are an amazing artist and I'm one of your biggest fans my brother is the one who introduced me to your music and I'm thankful that he did because I'm still here and sober because of your music . I love that 10min freestyle haha. I been following Jelly since his Addiction Kills album. Im glad he’s finally blowing up because he can sing like a muthaphukka, but at the same time i miss his rapping. I hope his next album will incorporate both rap and singing

I’ve known him for 15 years and had the privilege of recording a song with him back 12 years ago right after he got out of prison! I knew he was good but never imagined he would blow up the way he did! I’m really proud and blessed that I was able to do a song with him that is on KZfaq to this day!! Super genuine, talented dude!

Did u think he was unaware of the problem? That somehow he doesn’t know how overweight he is and the health problems that come with it. I never understand these comments. Like he doesn’t struggle just to wipe his ass. Like he is t scared to take a shower cuz heaven forbid he falls. Like he doesn’t wish he could shed weight and eat healthy every day. Like he doesn’t have knee n back problems. Like he hasn’t broken toilet seats or had to charter a private jet cuz he can’t fit in the seats on commercial. Like he doesn’t have a problem getting in and out of vehicles or walking up on stage. Seems half hearted to me
