In 2015 there was a live action movie of jem. Unfortunately the movie wasn't as good as the 80s cartoon.

I'm just a regular BLACK MAN and I agree 100%!! I still tell people every once in a while "Man! When it comes to 80's cartoons, I put Jem.... up there with M.A.S.K. and Transformers! Put that RESPECT on Jem and The Holograms. If you go back, many of those episodes hit kind of deep. And every once in awhile to this day, I could be having a stressful day, and I'll listen to a song or two from that show, and I feel good afterwards! So yeah, I'm a black man, but I'm secure to admit that I got nothing but love for Jem." (As a matter of fact, if you'll excuse me, I think I'll go listen to my FAVORITE Jem track "Time Is Running Out"! That BASS line is truly outrageous! Pun fully intended.)

Oh yes, absolutely. 😊😃 However, it's difficult telling some of the fans of the movie that, in a nice, civil way that is, because some of them become petty and personal to us non-fans of the movie on here and on Facebook. 😲 Their behaviour to us in retaliation has no importance in the conversations that we can have with this people because they're silly. 😃

ChibiFighter I’ll always try to mix them as natural as possible. Sometimes the reverb is already on the voice track. Not much I can do about that.

It just made me think that compared to the music of the Misfits and the Stingers, the music for the Holograms was based on the early 80s (1970s disco-style crossover) sound that was made for artists like Irene Cara and the Pointer Sisters and Sheena Easton.

One of the ways I'd describe how this song feels....Like the woman you see on a sunny afternoon. Her smile replays in your mind... You're drawn towards but never see her again. It feels like a dream.. But you know it's real. Shes real, if only you could find her again.

An 8-bit version of this song could be played in a future Megaman spinoff game called Megadonna. Megadonna would a young Madonna lookalike, who is like a female robotic version of Megaman. It’s kinda like Ms. Pac-Man.

Hey, you cleaned up the "re-start" at :35. The mastertape versions of this song I've heard usually have a kind of clumsy transition there where it's clear the song was just restarted again from the beginning. I should have known you'd fix that. :) Oddly enough, this is also the only Jem song my wife likes.

I was thinking about cutting it to the original length, without the repeat, but I love this song so much, so I kept it how it was presented in the episode 'Disaster'. Also, you have to realize that 'Mastertape/ HQ' means only the instrumental track is from the mastertape. The voicetrack is extracted from the episode.
