Jema Galanza has been a consistent offensive and defensive go-to-player of the Creamline Cool Smashers in the 2022 PVL Reinforced Conference. However, the Cool Smashers fell short in their campaign for a Grand Slam after the Cignal HD Spikers and the Petrogazz Angels outranked them in the semifinals. They still made a podium finish tho after defeating the Chery Tiggo Crossovers in the bronze medal match.
