A counseling session for the two moms and two sons would be helpful. There’s a lesson here for Jayden that might be explained to him. He would want to know perhaps that being overly competitive might affect his friendships. Blake’s mom should have talked to Jayden’s mom and not tried to control the boys friendship in such a cruel way.

I agree except for one part. Jayden was not being overly competitive, he was just being himself. If his friendships are affected, then the lesson is for everyone else to accept Jayden for who he is and that it is not okay to single out Jayden because of his intelligence. It is possible with maturity to be friends with someone who has increased intelligence and to be happy for their successes.

@@danielkaiser8971 I agree but it's kinda implied he's a sore winner (fist bumps/showing off his win, athough could also just be showing excitment, hard to tell in the flash back tbh), which are way worse than sore losers. A lesson on how to not brag/put others down for their win while still showing excitment/hapiness is the best option here, there are multiple ways to do this and easy to find them online. Maybe encouraging teaching the other stuff that can help (I beat you because of X, you could try y (although this isn't necessary but ik it helps a lot in situations where you're always the loosing party, you feel like you've gained something from the loss. This is what I do personally and I love when people do this but it's one of those things it depends on the people, works for some doesn't for others) But if I'm wrong about the implication than yes, it's okay to allow friendly competition it's really good for them encourages them to try harder and learn new skills 😊 But the key word is friendly And either way, it's for the kids to decide, not the parents. They can give advice to their kids but at the end of the day they have to decide if it's worth being friends or not

That’s just how it is in friends relationships sometimes they won’t get along. Sometimes they have arguments and get into fights but at the end of the day they’re still friends. You learn to overcome and get over it. And of course, forgive. But maybe not forget.

wait, you had a friend with an evil mom dressed as a witch who didn't invite you to your friend's birthday party because you were a d**k to him and then your mom (who's secretly a furry) got everyone to come to your party instead and you danced a weird dance with them and then convinced your cat mom to go surprise the other kid by bringing everyone to his party and then she had an awkward conversation with the witch B**ch and then they ate cheese dip and you threw in a life lesson that's completely pointless because no one has ever been in this situation.
