If you want to hear more, she does have a book out. It's pretty readable and very interesting stuff, she goes into way more detail about this stuff than she can get to in shorter clips.

The reason why it sounds like "gossip" to you is because the church is so litigious and secretive. They won't admit what "higher power" they worship. They won't admit to the role of Xenu in their practices. For a "religion" they are incredibly closed, so you get more speculation than fact. I've watched the South Park Ep., listened to countless interviews and still don't know what the hell it's all about.

Sp said it all, all tht crazy stuff bout zenu freezing, melting and nuking countless aliens is the “top tier” info memebers of given after paying hundreds of thousands of dollars, if they hear the info without “earning it” they will instantly die, so in short they say we humans have natural ability to basically be neo from the matrix but because of the countless dead aliens souls attaching to us we are nerfed and unable to do cool space time manipulation, BUT if u sell your free will and a ridiculous amount of money to them they will help “clear out” the dead alien souls that are hindering you, that’s Scientology 🤷‍♀️

I am NOT a Scientologist. Maybe the reason they do this process is to INCREASE Integrity in the person so they "the person" are impeccable with their self honesty. The above show sounds like high kids talking gossip about people who are not there to answer. We live in in a society where self honesty has vanished and people have led lives of deciet and hide their dishonesty. The confession style process can cause people to release negative past mistakes Its used in a lot of self help progams.
