The luxurious estate, known as the 'Wallingford estate,' was listed for sale at $65M last month. Now, it appears the couple is also parting with valuable items inside the home, including paintings and other collectibles.
According to sources, items were sold to collectors in early June. This follows reports that Affleck has moved his remaining belongings out of the mansion while Lopez was vacationing in Italy. The couple's last public appearance together was on June 2 at his son Samuel's basketball game, where they shared an awkward cheek kiss.
Lopez remains in their Bel-Air home, while Affleck is staying at a $100K-a-month rental near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. Affleck and Garner share three children: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
The Bel-Air mansion, which the couple purchased for $60.85 million last summer, boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage, and parking for 80. Other luxurious amenities include a sports complex, a gym, a pool, and even a hair and nail salon.
Recent reports suggest that Affleck has moved out amid persistent divorce rumors. While Lopez has been seen enjoying trips to Paris and Italy, Affleck has focused on work and spending time with his children. The couple appears to be heading towards separation, with Lopez reportedly "over" trying to make the marriage work.
Despite their personal challenges, Lopez is set to star in two upcoming films produced by Affleck and Matt Damon's company. However, the pop star is also making new plans for 2025, including resuming her "This Is Me... Live" tour next summer.
